Jill has over 26 years practical experience in all areas of administration and sales which contributes to her success in negotiations and selling real estate. Jill is highly regarded for her honesty & sincerity.
Jill first commenced her working career in the real estate industry in 1976, initially in the valuation department of a well established Real Estate Agency as a valuation typist then after a qualifying period she progressed to administration & clerical duties assisting with the rental department.
In 1980 Jill was recognised by her peers for her work ethics & responsible attitude and subsequently offered a position of secretary to the manager of Feltex New Zealand an illustrious Kiwi Icon Company.
Once she established herself as a competent company secretary she was again approached by another large American based company with an offer to further her career by assisting the director of NCA Corporation to establish an office in Chatswood Sydney for their American parent software corporation.
In 1982 Jill met Ray and got married and soon after they both decided to visit New Zealand and set up a new company in the electronic monitoring industry.
Jill initially managed the accounts department and eventually her role evolved into a sales position which she held for over 12 years, then upon her return back to Australia Jill successfully completed the REIQ sales course in 2002 and re-commenced her career in the real estate industry as a sales consultant on the Gold Coast QLD.
