Signature Realty sales dept is management by Ray Fordham who has over 28 years experience in sales and company management. In 1996 Ray successfully completed studies in Franchise Management at the University of NSW and has continually completed numerous courses in sales and marketing.
In 2000 Ray continued with his personal passion for sales & marketing by attending the REIQ to successfully complete his full real estate agents licence course.
Ray most recently also completed a Diploma encompassing risk management to ensure his clients are offered the very best in quality assurance and professional service in particular in property management.
Throughout Rays 28 years in positions of sales & business management, Ray has developed skills in negotiating & marketing in particular developing the best marketing strategies for individual clients and properties to ensure an effective marketing plan is in place within his client’s budgets.
