Rays previous employment history has predominantly centered around customer service, asset management and in particular sales and marketing along with administrative responsibilities.

Ray successfully managed a national security company for over 16 years with responsibilities including the construction of a grade A monitoring centre, training of sales staff and technicians through to establishing a national franchise. In 1996 Ray successfully completed studies encompassing all facets of Franchise Management at the University of NSW and has continually completed numerous courses in sales and marketing. In 2001 Ray continued with his personal passion for sales & marketing by attending the REIQ to successfully complete his full real estate agents license. In 2009 Ray completed a Diploma encompassing risk management and in 2013 Ray completed an advanced Diploma in business management to ensure his clients are offered the very best in quality assurance and professional service.

Ray believes that his agency’s success is attributed to being an independent family owned business which places a higher degree of accountability on his decisions, management and sales skills.
