By using the website or submitting an enquiry through it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. These Terms apply to the website. Any agency appointment, property-management agreement, tenancy agreement, contract of sale or other written agreement for real estate services is separate. If there is an inconsistency, the separate written agreement will govern the relevant service or transaction to the extent permitted by law. • About Signature Realty Signature Realty is an independent Queensland real estate agency operated by Signature Realty Pty Ltd, ABN 58 099 280 565, Queensland Real Estate Licence 2507133. We provide residential real estate services, which may include property sales, leasing, rental appraisals and property management. The website presents Signature Realty's own property listings and information about our agency services. It is not a membership platform, third-party advertising marketplace, trade directory or referral directory. • Property listings Property listings are provided for general information and enquiry purposes. Listing information may be supplied by property owners, clients, contractors, government records, property data services or other sources we reasonably rely on. We take reasonable care when preparing and updating listings, but property information can change. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that every listing is complete, current, accurate or free from error at all times. • Prices, rents, availability, inspection times, inclusions, features and campaign details may change or be withdrawn without notice. • Photographs, videos, floor plans, maps, boundaries, dimensions and measurements are indicative unless expressly stated otherwise and may include styling, editing or approximate information. • A listing is not an offer capable of acceptance and does not create a sale, tenancy, agency or other contract. • Prospective buyers and tenants should make their own enquiries, inspect the property where appropriate and obtain independent legal, financial, building, pest, valuation or other professional advice relevant to their circumstances. • Appraisals and market information Any sales appraisal, rental appraisal, price guide, market update or similar information supplied through or in response to the website is an opinion or estimate based on information available at the time. It is not a formal valuation and does not guarantee a sale price, rental return, time on market or transaction outcome. Submitting an enquiry does not require you or Signature Realty to enter into an agency appointment or other transaction. Marketing communications are dealt with separately under our Privacy Policy and applicable law, and you may opt out of marketing at any time. • Agency services and separate agreements Signature Realty will only provide appointed agency services on the terms of the applicable written appointment or agreement and in accordance with relevant law. Fees, commissions, expenses, authority, service scope, duration and termination rights will be set out in that document where required. Nothing on the website appoints Signature Realty as your agent, varies a signed appointment or creates a landlord–tenant, vendor–purchaser or fiduciary relationship.
